Benefits of Being an Affiliator and Partner
- Priority in Taking Job Orders
- Affiliators who also act as partners will receive priority in taking job orders from their successful sales. This provides an opportunity to increase income as both an affiliate and a partner.
- Profit Sharing
- Affiliators who also act as partners receive the full profit from ticket or activity sales according to the job orders after deducting specific administrative costs.
- Special Agreements
- Affiliators who do not take Job Orders from their sales are subject to special agreements between the affiliate (the marketer selling) and the partner (the recipient/taker of Job Orders). The profit from ticket or activity sales will be divided as follows: 50% to the partner who takes the job order, 50% to the affiliate who initially had the Job Order. The administrative cost scheme will be applied to each party.

- Administrative Fee: Affiliators are charged an administrative fee of 10% from the income received. This fee is deducted from the total income obtained from each successful sale made.

- Administrative Fee: Partners are charged an administrative fee of 5% from the income received. This fee is deducted from the total income generated from each job order or service completed.
- Affiliator + Partner
- Administrative Fee: Affiliator + Partner are charged an administrative fee of 5% from the income received. This fee is deducted from the total income generated from each transaction or service completed.
- Vendors
- Administrative Fee: Vendors are charged an administrative fee of 5% from the contract price. This administrative fee is taken from the total income generated in each transaction conducted by Vacanator.
Important Notes
- Ticket and Activity Sales Without Transportation
- If the sale of tickets and activities does not involve transportation or other partners, all profits belong to the affiliate after deducting specific administrative costs.
- Special Administrative Costs
- For ticket and activity sales, Vacanator charges a special administrative fee of 10%.

Handing Over Job Orders to Others
- Handover by Affiliators
- If the affiliate who received the job order cannot take the job order, Vacanator has the right to hand over the job order to another partner or existing group. This is done to ensure that all job orders can be completed on time and according to the established service standards.
- “Share Job Order” Provisions
- The handover of job orders to others is regulated by the “Share Job Order” provisions. These provisions ensure that every handover of job orders is done fairly and transparently, considering the availability and capability of partners or groups to handle the job order.
- Communication and Coordination
- Affiliators who cannot take the job order are required to immediately inform the Vacanator team about their inability to do so. Good coordination is essential to ensure that the job order can be transferred without disrupting the tourist experience.
